This page is a placeholder until STATE counsel finishes the pilot privacy notice. It describes what this site stores today.

Parents create the account. We store the parent name, mobile number, email, the athlete profile, consent and assent, and the safety-screen answers. Coaches see first name, last initial, sport, team, and status only. They do not see health answers or blood-test results.

If a parent opts into texts, Klaviyo receives the phone number, email, parent first name, the athlete’s first name, enrollment status, study week, a gym flag, whether the athlete is 13 or older, consent time, and the text opt-in time. Allergy details, medicines, and lab results are not sent to Klaviyo.

Texts go out between 8:00am and 8:00pm Pacific. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Email victor@drinkstate.com to ask for a copy or deletion of your enrollment record.
